Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science degree, Cum Laude, in biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1997. She received her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Shenandoah University in 2000. Since that time, she has worked in an orthopedic private practice specializing in musculoskeletal dysfunction. Jennifer has advanced training in manual therapy techniques. In addition to practicing as a general physical therapist, she specializes in the areas of temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ/TMD), craniofacial pain and headaches.
Jennifer has been a member of the APTA and VPTA since 1997 and is certified as a Credentialed Clinical Instructor thorough the APTA. She has presented to dental groups and co-teaches chronic pain workshops throughout Virginia
Brenna graduated from The University of Virginia with a B.A. in Biology. She participated in AmeriCorps after college and returned to Virginia to pursue a degree in physical therapy at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned her D.P.T. in 2009. Brenna utilizes a multifaceted, holistic approach with her patients that blends manual therapy, exercise prescription and lifestyle improvements. Additionally, she practices craniosacral therapy based on the Upledger approach. She is passionate about helping patients when traditional physical therapy has not been sufficient and has a special interest in working with patients who have hypermobility disorders and orthopedic impairments related to the spine.
